Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that getting through on the phone is a challenge for you. I am pleased to say that we have recruited a new Health Care Assistant who will be working four days a week. I hope that you will find it easier now when booking for a BP or blood test. If you are set up for on-line appointment booking, you will be able to book your blood test appointments on-line. If you would like to discuss the comments made regarding our reception team, please call in and ask to speak with our Assistant Manager. Thank you for your comments regarding our Nurse Practitioner and our GP's, this will be feedback to them. We have looked into perhaps creating a Pharmacy on-site, however there are tight rules around the locations of pharmacies and the number of hours that they are required to be open. Currently, due to our proximity to the Co-Op Pharmacy on Filton Road, we are unable to open our own on-site. Thanks again for the feedback, please let me know if you are finding it easier to get your regular BP or Blood Test appt with our new HCA.
